Sintering

Sintering

Sintering technology corresponds to the compacting of a metal powder.

Sintering makes it possible to obtain parts with great geometric precision, from a few grams to several kilos, and able to withstand significant mechanical forces.

This technology is suitable for uni-axial part designs.

The first step is to compact the material in the tooling, then it goes into a high temperature sintering tunnel furnace to give it the desired mechanical properties (strength, hardness).
