Our added value: a close collaboration with our customers during the development of a machine based on a specification and the objectif of cost reduction. We are creating a tool, helping us to realise tubular metal component. We integrate technologies like cutting, deburring, cold deformation, bending, laser machining and mounting. 

With our ultra modern equipments we are able to produce prototypes up to series of more than 40 millon parts due to an integrated automatic system following normes ISO 9001 and 13485.

 

 

 

 

 

       Our capacities :


  •         Drawn microtubes with and without weld seam from diameter 0,25 up to 25 mm
  •         Wall thickness: from 0,015 mm to 2 mm
  •         Cutting from 1mm +/- 2 m
  •         Cold forming
  •         Machining, marking and laser welding with a precision of 5 microns
  •         Deburring through trowalisation and electronical polishing
  •         Cleaning of parts by ultra sound
  •         Continious controlling
